Sole Food’s artisanal quality produce is grown to meet the highest standards. We produce a seasonal medley of fruits, vegetables, and herbs including our well-loved Sole Food salad mix, numerous cultivars of heirloom tomatoes, a wide range of common and unusual culinary herbs, French and Italian roots, and persimmons, figs, plums, and quince.
We have fifteen years of experience growing for Vancouver’s most respected restaurants and have learned a lot from our relationships with chefs.
